All content on the website is subject to copyright belonging to the COMPANY. Nothing on this website should be construed as giving you consent or permission to use any photograph, trademark, logo or other information from this website. Copying or downloading information from the site does not transfer the copyright in that information to you.
Registration on the site is voluntary and free of charge. Registration is not required to order products in the online store. Any customer can place an order on the website and as a guest. The site can be browsed freely without registration. Fields that must be completed upon registration are marked with an asterisk. Upon successful completion of registration, the customer receives a confirmation email.
IV. Goods and information
Only those goods that the system allows to be added to the Customer’s Basket can be purchased by electronic order from the website.
All prices presented on the site are in Bulgarian lev and are valid only at the time of publication. The COMPANY reserves the right to change them without notice. The prices of goods presented in the shop are final and include all taxes and fees, excluding the shipping cost, which depends on the shipping option chosen by the customer. The delivery price is indicated separately before order confirmation.
Orders can be placed by any user of the site. By placing an order, the user agrees to the terms and conditions of the site. The delivery times for orders depend on the courier company with which the COMPANY works. Delivery options may be changed by the COMPANY at any time and announced on the website.
The User may pay the price of the ordered goods using one of the listed delivery and payment options of his choice before finalizing the order. If the user chooses the option of delivery by courier and payment by Cash on Delivery, he must pay the price of the ordered items plus the courier’s delivery cost upon receipt of the goods.
Regardless of the chosen payment method, all payments are made in Bulgarian lev only. By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the User gives his/her express and unconditional consent to pay in advance to the COMPANY the full selling price of the goods ordered through the online store. The user receives together with the goods a document in which the ordered goods, the sales price due for them, as well as the price of delivery are specified. When payment is made by Cash on Delivery, the buyer shall hand over to the courier an amount equal to the total amount due (including the price of the order and the price of delivery), which shall be noted on the acceptance slip (certifying the delivery of the goods by the courier to the customer), which shall serve as a receipt. By signing the acceptance slip, the customer authorizes the courier to transfer on his behalf and for his account to the COMPANY the amount representing the sales price of the delivered order.
On the website www.myeasygrill.com it is possible to pay with Visa, Master Card. All electronic card payments at www.myeasygrill.com are secure as the e-shop supports SSL (secure socket layer) protocol. www.myeasygrill.com organises its payments in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). www.myeasygrill.com does not store card or personal account details.
The distance selling contract between the COMPANY and the customer shall be deemed to be concluded from the moment of confirmation of the specific order by the COMPANY. When placing an order, the customer receives an email confirmation that their order has been accepted. Prior to dispatch of the ordered goods, the COMPANY shall be entitled to contact the customer at the telephone number provided by the customer in order to clarify the details of the order and/or delivery if necessary.
The COMPANY shall not be liable for non-fulfillment of an order in cases where the customer has provided false, incomplete and/or inaccurate personal data, including where the customer has provided an incomplete, inaccurate or fictitious address or telephone number.
In the event that a customer has chosen to pay for the goods by Cash on Delivery, the distance selling contract shall be deemed cancelled when:
– The customer does not pay the courier’s invoice at the time of delivery.
– The customer has given an incorrect or inaccurate address or is both not at the address given on the day of delivery and does not answer the contact telephone numbers given to arrange with the courier to collect the delivery.
IX. Delivery of ordered goods
The delivery of an order placed through the online store is done by courier.
Deliveries are made only within the geographical territory of Bulgaria. Upon delivery, the recipient shall sign a goods receipt of acceptance, which certifies the exact performance of the order.
Delivery shall be made within the terms described under each delivery option in the Basket. In extraordinary circumstances, the COMPANY reserves the right to extend the delivery period by informing the user in due time.
The goods are delivered to the recipients by hand against signature. In the event of failure to deliver the parcel, not due to the fault of the COMPANY or the courier, the person making the delivery shall call the contact number indicated by the customer to specify from which office of the courier the customer can receive the order. In the event of failure to deliver the parcel through no fault of the COMPANY or the courier and failure to contact the customer, the distance sales contract shall automatically terminate.
X. Returns and Claims
The customer has the right to return the products ordered from www.myeasygrill.com within 7 days from the date of delivery. In order for the returned product to be accepted:
(1) Contact www.myeasygrill.com by sending us an email and stating your desire to return the product.
(2) To send the product back to us unused, together with all documents received. The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer. Refund of the amount for the products is made within 14 calendar days from the date on which we receive it, by bank transfer (in this case it is necessary to specify the bank, IBAN, BIC, name of the account holder).
The consumer is obliged to store the goods received by him and to ensure that their quality is preserved. The integrity of the affixed label must not be compromised.
In the event of failure to comply with these conditions, the Company reserves the right to refuse to accept the returned goods and accordingly not to refund the amount paid by the User.
The customer is only entitled to receive the value of the returned goods as it was when the order was placed and purchased.
In the event of a complaint, the COMPANY may refund the amount paid by the customer for the item in accordance with the procedure described above.
All costs incurred by the User for the receipt and return of the purchased goods, bank commissions and other costs beyond the amount of the value of the products of the order remain at his expense.
XI. Protection of personal data
The personal data that the customer fills in when registering will be used only for his service – processing orders, sending newsletters and contacting him in case of any problems related to the execution of the order. COMPANY warrants that such data will not be unlawfully disclosed to third parties or used for purposes other than those described above. The user account and its data can be deleted if the user wishes.
The COMPANY does not collect or process in any way credit or debit card data (such as card number, card code, etc.). The entry of such data by the customer, when paying for an order with bank cards, is carried out via a link from the website to the respective payment system on a secure Internet page and via an encrypted connection.
In case the user has voluntarily subscribed to receive the newsletter, the COMPANY is entitled to periodically send an email to the email address provided. The user can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in the email.
